Compensation Plan

Right click on the "Click here to download the video to your computer." link above and select "Save Link As..." item on the menu that appears.
Choose a location on your computer to save file.
After the file downloads, unzip the downloaded file with a compression program such as WinZip or 7-Zip.
Once the file has been uncompressed, simply double-click on the video file to view the file with one installed on your computer or VLC Media Player.
